We are proud to announce that SmartFocus and our valued customer, The Entertainer, are in the running to win a Retail Week Tech Award in September this year.

The Retail Week Tech Awards are a celebration of the best and greatest innovations in retail technology and we are excited to be shortlisted in the ‘Excellence in Digital Marketing’ category. 

SmartFocus helped The Entertainer send smarter emails and smash revenue results through the use of real-time personalisation. Within one year of using SmartFocus’ Message Cloud solution, The Entertainer was able to double its email open rates, triple it’s email revenue, and saw a 120% increase in mobile sales. Using the Message Cloud has allowed The Entertainer to better understand its customers and connect with them in real-time via email, mobile, web or social channels.

By improving communications to prospective, first-time and returning customers, it saw a significant return on investment, with a 44% increase in clickthrough rates, and 60% increase in returning customers.
