News SmartFocus selects Tryzens as single port of call for integration support & development

Following the successful completion of SmartFocus’ Salesforce Commerce Cloud cartridge, Tryzens has become the single port of call for integrations and support. SmartFocus has opted for Tryzens’ Integration Portfolio Management (IPM) service, which removes the duplication of effort and cost incurred when managing multiple systems integrators across different eCommerce platforms.

Tryzens’ Integration Portfolio Management simplifies the principles of integrating 3rd party technologies with major eCommerce Platforms, the 3rd party invests in one “pool” of days, which get drawn from against any role and platform. This enables SmartFocus to access individual, platform specialist teams, managed by a single Project Manager. Tryzens offer SmartFocus this skilled resource across Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento 1 & 2, SAP Hybris, Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.com.

Under this new structure, the two parties will be collaborating across cartridge enhancements, maintenance & support, ensuring all cartridges are up to date and fully certified. Further to this, Tryzens will form an extension of SmartFocus’ client support, acting as second line support and as a trusted advisor to SmartFocus and their clients, aiding the integration into new clients and helping resolve support tickets within existing clients.
